Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds once production has begun. However, we guarantee a perfect fit and will provide free adjustments if your piece does not fit correctly.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our team within 7 days of receiving your piece if there are any fitment issues.
- 2.Photo Assessment
Provide clear photos of the grillz in your mouth so our technicians can identify the adjustment needed.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- 4.Refitting & Reshipping
Our master jewelers will adjust your piece and ship it back to you within 5 business days at no extra cost.
